This Privacy Policy explains how Tefis collects and uses personal data when you visit our website, contact us, or request a free homepage mockup. This document is for information only and does not constitute legal advice.

2) Data we collect
- Contact form / mockup request: name, work email, company, free-text “what do you need?”
- Technical data saved with your request: IP address and user-agent (from your browser) for anti-abuse and diagnostics.
- Website interactions: limited, consent-based tracking via Google tags (configured with Consent Mode). We do not run behavioral profiling without consent.
- Security and anti-abuse signals: to protect our website and services, additional data may be automatically collected and logged (for example request headers, referrer URL, timestamps, error codes, and similar diagnostic data).
- WhatsApp: if you click our WhatsApp link and message us, your communications are governed by WhatsApp’s/Meta’s terms and privacy policy.
Implementation detail: form submissions are stored in a server-side CSV file (deduplicated by email) and emailed to our team.
3) How we use your data (purposes & legal bases)
- Respond to your inquiry and deliver the free homepage mockup / plan — Contract / pre-contractual steps (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Follow-up about your project and our services — Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) to develop our business; you can opt out anytime.
- Operate, secure, and improve the site (fraud prevention, diagnostics, analytics with consent) — Legitimate interests and/or Consent (Art. 6(1)(f)/(a)).
- Legal compliance (record-keeping, responding to lawful requests) — Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
5) International transfers
Some providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms to protect your information.
6) Retention
- Prospects (form submissions): kept for up to 24 months from last interaction, then deleted or anonymized, unless we must keep them longer for legal reasons. You can ask us to delete earlier.
- Email logs: retained per our provider’s operational limits and legal requirements.
- Cookies/consent records: per the lifetimes disclosed in our Cookie Policy and consent records required by law.
7) Your rights
Depending on your location (e.g., EEA/UK and similar jurisdictions), you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction (rectification) or deletion (erasure)
- Restrict or object to processing
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

We may ask you to verify your identity to protect your information. We aim to respond within one month (or as required by law).
9) Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. To keep our website safe, we may automatically collect and temporarily retain additional data strictly for security and abuse-prevention purposes, including request metadata and diagnostic information. No system is perfectly secure; please avoid sending sensitive information in free-text fields.
10) Children’s data
Our services are not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
